We want you to feel confident trying NonenDerma. Eligible purchases made directly from NonenDerma are protected by our 60-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the date your order is marked delivered.

60-day money-back guarantee

If NonenDerma is not right for you, email us within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The order must have been purchased directly from nonenderma.com.
• You must provide the order number and the email address used at checkout.
• You may open and try one bar. For multi-bar bundles, additional bars must remain unused and unopened to qualify for a full bundle refund.
• The request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The guarantee applies to the product purchase price; expedited shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable.

How to request a return or refund

1. Email nonenderma@gmail.com with the subject line Return request — Order #[your order number].
2. Tell us briefly what went wrong and include your order number.
3. Wait for our authorization and return instructions before mailing anything.
4. If a return is required, send the unopened items using a trackable service and keep the receipt.

Please do not send products to an address found on a shipping label without authorization. Returns sent without approval might not reach the correct returns location.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for satisfaction-based returns. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, NonenDerma will provide the appropriate replacement or refund solution at no additional return-shipping cost.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when approved.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it is submitted to the original payment method. Most banks and payment providers post refunds within 5–10 business days. Processing time after submission is controlled by your bank or payment provider.

Items that are not eligible

• Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, or unauthorized seller.
• Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery.
• Additional opened or used bars from a multi-bar bundle.
• Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, or intentional damage.
• Gift cards or promotional items received at no charge.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment. Once shipped, the return terms above apply.
